information Web sites to help you maintain healthy weight
and physical fitness. These resources have been compiled by

fitCNY
is a project of the Commission for a Healthy Central New York,

SUNY Upstate Medical University, and the county health departments
of Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga,
Oswego, and Tompkins Counties.
The Commission is concentrating
on four health areas: dental health, mental health, stroke,

fitCNY Web site is designed to promote healthy weight
by posting news about nutrition and exercise resources in
the eight counties served by the Commission, along with local
and national health information Web sites. Users are encouraged
